Reasons
in support of Common Law Evidence, as comprised with the sort of document called a
Voucher:

as also against the virtual exclusion put upon such as an case subsequential and sucedaneous,
with the application of the said reasons to the <add> of the
Accountant Account of Jeremy Bentham of Lincoln's Inn Esq:,
a Accountant and his case, in respect thereof <a/dd> is stated in the Missives put in by
him July 1808, to Mr Chief Inspector
Whitcombe <add> the
paper of Observations and Queries in
the said Account, dated 10 March 1808, and signed
and transmitted to him, by Mr Chief Inspector
