exercise to be given to it, things that will fall topics for consideration
to be considered are as follows
1. Objects or say ends-in-view, uses or and their purposes,
of the several operations, in this as in every other part of the business of this and the several other departments, <add>enumerated in §§. 2 Art. 1, expressed in the most general terms their objects may be distinguished
subject matters to wit, </hi> 1. maximization
of appropriate good; 2. minimization of evil.
2. Subject matters, in relation to which the operation
is performed to wit, 1. or service
performable. As to these see §§. 4. Functions in all
2. Things immovable, 3. Things movable; 4. Money; 5. Omissions
<lb> 3. Relative time, of the existence of those same
subject matters in such their character. to wit These are -
1. time of entrance; 2. time of continuance; 3. time of exit.
4. Entries, that is to say portions of written dis-
course, which constitutes course, by the penning of which the act of registration <add>as to those several subject-matters is performed.</add>
