of an inconvenient species of tenure,

General Inclosing Bill.
In the Parish of Trolesworth in the County
of Leicester his a piece of land called The Husbandman's
Pasture, the property ownership of which is
divided into stinted thights of Pasture,
called Commons or Cattle Gaits, to each of which
is annexed a thight of Estovers limited as
to quality as well as quantity: viz: 100 kids of
Furze (called Gorze) to each Cattle Gait. The quantity
