Mr. Bentham's Memorial —
Of the said quantity of 112 Cares, 35 Acres are in a state of
absolute Waste: many Acres thereof being constantly covered with
Water, and requiring to be drained, as well as the whole thereof to
be fenced.
Under the circumstances, Your Memorialist humbly sibmitts,
whether the said total number of 112 Acres, should the completion thereof
prove at any time to be attainable, would be excessive.
