Welcome to the Transcribe Bentham project and thank you for your first transcript of JB/050/057/001, which was an excellent effort. We have made a few small changes to your transcript, which can be viewed at [1].
You have done well with reading Bentham’s handwriting, the indecipherable words can be really tricky. I’m afraid the final transcripts sometimes don’t make a lot of sense!
There are a couple of points to remember when it comes to the tagging. You need to apply
at the start of each paragraph and
at the end of the paragraph. Sometimes there is an illegible word that Bentham has deleted. You can use to express this.
