worth while to find a new name. The particular<lb/>
nature of it is very inexplicit and may be very<lb/>
changeable. It <add>imports not necessarily any thing more than</add> <del>may confine itself to</del> a simple corporal<lb/>
injury: <add>but</add> it may import <add>besides a certain degree of</add> confinement: or a<lb/>
certain species of banishment. Moreover if an obligation<lb/>
is imposed on any <del>man</del> person, it can hardly<lb/>
be <del><gap/> for</del> at least it ought not to be, but for<lb/>
the benefit of some other party: it is therefore a trust:<lb/>
and as is the case in trust, the party for whose<lb/>
benefit it is imposed may be an individual, <add>a class</add> <del>a class</del><lb/>
