Pt II . 1. Forgery . Punishment

Analytical View.

With regard to Forgery committed in the view of subjecting or
with intent to subject a person to any personal Injury, if it
succeeds, it starts as an aggravation is only a particular method of being concerned in
the infliction of that Injury and has operates as a<add>n ground of aggravation applied to that offence.</add>: if it does not succeed it stands upon
