or unproductive.</p>
<p>Examples of operations of this description are
as follows.</p>
<p>All discusses which, on the fact of these to whom<lb/>
they are addressed, call for action in any shape, other<lb/>
than that in which it is productive of a written instrument:<lb/>
oral orders or requests, compliance with<lb/>
which is exhibited in any other manner than by the<lb/>
creation of a written instrument: orders to enter<lb/>
the judicatory; orders to leave it: orders to rise: orders<lb/>
to sit down: orders to speak: orders to be silent:<lb/>
orders to repair to a distance for the judicatory<lb/>
for a purpose therein named.<lb/>
To return to the productive class of judicial<lb/>
operations. Examples of them are as follows.</p>

To return to the judicial service
