To return to the judicial service
It had for if the subject matters of it are
1. Judicial operations
2.Judicial Instruments

Among the operations in question, some have
each of them for it's material product, or result a judicial
instrument. There may be stiled productive operations:
others have no such products: they maybe stiled barren
or unproductive.

Examples of operations of this description are as follows.

All discusses which, on the fact of these to whom
they are addressed, call for action in any shape, other
than that in which it is productive of a written instrument:
oral orders or requests, compliance with
which is exhibited in any other manner than by the
creation of a written instrument: orders to enter
the judicatory; orders to leave it: orders to rise: orders
to sit down: orders to speak: orders to be silent:
orders to repair to a distance for the judicatory
for a purpose therein named.
To return to the productive class of judicial
operations. Examples of them are as follows.
