<p>Art. 1.  Execution is performed either<lb/>
1. By effectuation given to right, or<lb/>
2. By appropriate remedy applied to wrong.</p>
<p>Art. 2.  Of execution in the case of wrong, the appropriate<lb/>
mode depends upon the nature of the remedy<lb/>
and thence and in so far upon the nature of the<lb/>
wrong.</p>
<p>Art. 3.  Remedy preventive, the wrong may be,<lb/>
<del>the</del> in case of an offence in any shape, the purely<lb/>
inchoate offence, consisting in a mere preparation<lb/>
or attempt, consummation not being as<lb/>
yet commenced. nor evil in any shape other<lb/>
than what mischief of the first or second orders<lb/>
<unclear>meaning</unclear> from the preparation or attempt, has been<lb/>
produced.  Of this remedy, the particular shape will depend<lb/>
upon the nature of the individual offence in each<lb/>
case:  examples are as follows –<lb/>

execution will depend upon the character of the offence<lb/>

Of Execution.

Art. 1. Execution is performed either
1. By effectuation given to right, or
