is minded to displace any judicial functionary, as<lb/>

or by a private letter, recommending it to him to give in his<lb/>
resignation:  specifying, in this case, a time within which<lb/>

order may be issued, as above.  If, on receiving<lb/>

Minister by letter his desire to be heard in a judicial<lb/>

<p>Art. 6.  For such order, the proper cause will be, the<lb/>
