§. Judicatory functions
Art. 5. If, by his sole authority, the Minister of Justice
is minded to displace any judicial functionary, as
above, he may either do so either by a public peremptory order,
or by a private letter, recommending it to him to give in his
resignation: specifying, in this case, a time within which
it is expected to be received: this which time elapsed, such peremptory
order may be issued, as above. If, on receiving
such order, or such recommendation, or such order, the Judge functionary shall
for the vindication of his character, express to the Justice
Minister by letter his desire to be heard in a judicial
manner in his defence, the Justice Minister is bound so be it.

Art. 6. For such order, the proper cause will be, the
inaptitude opposed to deficiency in respect of appropriate moral aptitude:
for such recommendation, the inaptitude opposed to
appropriate intellectual aptitude, or the inaptitude opposed
to appropriate active aptitude.
Art. 13. As written evidence so is real evidence in
most of its shapes, susceptible capable of being fabricated exposed to fabrication, and thence
