Inspections
§. 1. What – on what – or what account.
Art. 1. Considered as an operation of judicial
procedure, inspection has for its object elicitation of
evidence, in cases a case in which the source of the evidence
adduction of the source is either absolutely physically impracticable
or not practicable without preponderant inconvenience.
Art. 2. It may is applicable to persons, to things
or to both at once.
