Inspections
§. 1. What – on what – or what account.
Art. 1. Considered as an operation of judicial
procedure, inspection has for its object elicitation of
evidence, in cases a case in which the source of the evidence
adduction of the source is either absolutely physically impracticable
or not practicable without preponderant inconvenience.
Art. 2. It may is applicable to persons, to things
or to both at once.
Art. 3. When Applied to persons, the person
who is the subject matter of it may be either the person for
whose benefit it is performed, or some other person.

Art. 4. The person in whose occupation
the thing is which is the subject
matter of the inspection may be either
1. a party to the suit: or
2. a third person. In this case
if he be known he will, be in respect
of permitting and upon occasion
assisting in the inspection, be upon
the footing of a person, at whose
hands the production adduction of a moveable
source of evidence is required.
