Not the result of sentimentalism,<lb/>
but<lb/>
shuts the door against<lb/>
delusion.</p>

Where no evil is apprehended,<lb/>
let no remedy<lb/>

such the rule in Medicine<lb/>
and in Legislation.</p>

necessary fiction.</p>

Means of repression<lb/>
direct or indirect.</p>
