1. C Of Polygamy.

1 Polygamy defined. Polygamy is where a married man person engages in a subsequent
marriage during the continuance of a former , marriage which renders
the latter void. To p. 7.

2 Punishment for Single Polygamy in a Married Man. If a married man without excuse commit Polygamy
with a single woman his punishment shall be as follows:
