appear to add to it: especially when for the liberty
of performing these words, a man is obliged
to pay. he is made to pay.

To some what has been said may appear more than necessary
But the substance of the Law is every where so thick involved
in a veil of sophistry, that to hear it off in any
part cannot [but be a work of labour.] be done without
some pains.
