And be it further enacted that
information for the proceedings on every information
given of any species committed against this Act
and all other proceedings judicial proceedings to be which shall
carried on under grounded on this Act, may in
except in such cases in which it is herein otherwise
provided, be carried on before any one or more
and the matter thereof determined, by or of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting in and for
the County or other local jurisdiction in which the
ground for such proceedings shall arise: and every
