Simple Personal Injuries. Extra-Aggravations</head>
 
 
<p>It is matter of aggravation if the place<lb/>
be any place in which the Sovereign happens<lb/>
to be present at the time: that is to say either<lb/>
within sight or hearing.</p>
 
In such case the offender may be banished<lb/>
the presence of the Sovereign for a time or for<lb/>
ever. and the sentence may relate either to the reigning<lb/>
Sovereign only or to his successor.<lb/>
 
Aggravations respecting the person and the<lb/>
place or occasion are
1. Where the person is a Judge and the pace a Court, in<lb/>
which the is <lb/>
is a matter of aggravation if the party<lb/>
injured be a Judge and the offence<lb/>
be committed on him at the time and place<lb/>
in which the business of the Court is going on in, his<lb/>
presence.<lb/>


In such case the offender's punishment may be as<lb/>
follows<lb/>
1. he may be made to forfeit the protection of<lb/>
the Law with respect to his person for a time<lb/>
