Simple Personal Injuries. Extra-Aggravations
It is matter of aggravation if the place
be any place in which the Sovereign happens
to be present at the time: that is to say either
within sight or hearing.
In such case the offender may be banished
the presence of the Sovereign for for a time or for
ever. ++See Tit: of Executions and the sentence may relate either to the reigning
Sovereign only or to his successors.
Aggravations respecting the person and the
place or occasion are
1. Where the person is a Judge and the place a Court, in
which he is acting as a Judge.
It is matter of aggravation if the party
injured be a Judge acting in and the offence
be committed on him at the time and place
in which the is acting in the execution of his business of the Court is going on in his
often
presence.
In such case his the offender's punishment may be as
follows
1. He can may shall may be made to forfeit the protection of
the Law with respect to his person for a time
