licenced persons

That illicit dealings may be the more espechiatly

Classes licenced or to provide blank Books with
the porper Heads with difference according to the nature of each trade charging no more than the trade
price. Penalty in for omitting to make entry

and forfeiture of licence.

ramifications, which will require Instructions from
the Board to accompany the Books.
