§15.
Board may prescribe
Forms of
Book-keeping to
licenced persons
That the illicit dealings may be the more efficiently
exposed to detection, and the fair trader
distinguished and protected. Power to the Board to
prescribe Forms of Book-keeping to the several
Classes licenced or to provide blank Books with
the proper Heads with difference according to the nature of each trade charging no more than the trade
price. Penalty in for omitting to make entry
under any such head: [ ] Greater penalty For
knowingly making any false entry, a heavier penalty,
and forfeiture of licence.

1. Date of each purchase
2. Vendor's name and apparent age — above or under 21 & 12.
3. Vendor whether known or not.
4 Vendor, if unknown, whether accompanied by any & what person known
5. Vendors abode or alleged abode — and relation to the House
6. Relation to the House in quality of whether Housekeeper.
Lodger, Housekeeper's or Lodgers Inmate
7. Artist of offered to sal
7 6 Where name and quality of each article offered
for sale — quantity purchased — price agreed on.
8 7 Manner of the Vendor's coming by the article —
9 8. Distinctive marks of the article, in case of
Cattle or and other articles susceptible of considerable
value and describable distinctive marks.
N.B. Several of the above heads admitt of
ramifications, which will require Instructions from
the Board to accompany the Books.
