First annual time

(1) §. 13. And be it further enacted that the first
Board for the business of granting of licenses under and by virtue of this Act to be in force
under and in virtue of this Act within the said London Police District under and in virtue of this Actshall be
(unless some certain time be shall have been appointed by his Majesty
under the powers hereinafter before hereinafter mentioned) be
held by the said Commissioners on the first day of September 1 next ensuing
by the said Commissioners: and if the whole of
such business be not then dispatched then on the
several succeeding days or on any other day,
to which such business or any part thereof shall

shal be made given out and be in force for no greater term

than one whole year, to commencing on the twenty-ninth
