And be it further enacted, that <del>in case of<lb/>any perjury</del> if in the course of any examination<lb/>taken <add>or other evidence given on occasion</add> <del>in consequence</del> <add><del>on occasion</del></add> of every application for any<lb/>licence <add>or any other proceeding</add> under and by virtue of this Act, <del>or and</del> <add>or</add><lb/>on the occasion of any information for any offense<lb/><del>committed or</del> attempted to <del>be com</del> have been committed<lb/><del>against the same</del> <add>against the same, or in the course of any other examination</add><lb/><add><del>for</del> grounded on this Act</add> , it shall appear to the said<lb/>Commissioners or to any two or more Justices of the <lb/>Peace, or to any one such Justice, as the case may <lb/>be, that any wilful perjury hath <add>by any person</add> been committed,<lb/>it shall and may be lawful to and for <lb/>the said Commissioners of their own authority, if<lb/>such proceeding were had before them the said Commissioners,<lb/>or otherwise <del>at the request of</del> <add>upon a certificate given by</add> any such<lb/>Justice or two or more Justices as the case may <lb/>be, to order a prosecution to be instituted against<lb/>any and every such person so suspected of perjury<lb/>as aforesaid and in case of any such Order so<lb/>made, <del>the expense of <add>such <gap/> and</add> such prosecution shall<lb/>such part thereof as would have been d</del> the Judge<lb/><add>or Judges</add> before whom <del>such</del> the trial on such prosecution <add>shall be held,</add> shall<lb/>on the production of such Order assign to the party injured, <lb/>or other person undertaking such prosecution,<lb/> | |||

on the occasion of any information for any offense

against the same against the same, or in the course of any other examination
for grounded on this Act , it shall appear to the said
Commissioners or to any two or more Justices of the
Peace, or to any one such Justice, as the case may
be, that any wilful perjury hath by any person been committed,
it shall and may be lawful to and for
the said Commissioners of their own authority, if
such proceeding were had before them the said Commissioners,
or otherwise at the request of upon a certificate given by any such
Justice or two or more Justices as the case may
be, to order a prosecution to be instituted against
any and every such person so suspected of perjury
as aforesaid and in case of any such Order so
made, the expense of such and such prosecution shall
such part thereof as would have been d the Judge
or Judges before whom such the trial on such prosecution shall be held, shall
on the production of such Order assign to the party injured,
or other person undertaking such prosecution,
