Simple Personal Injuries. Extra-Aggravations

3. Presence of the Sovereign.

It is matter of aggravation if the place
be any place in which the Sovereign happens
to be present at the time: that is to say either
within sight or hearing.

In such case the offender may be banished
the presence of the Sovereignfor for a time or for
ever.See Tit: of Executions and the sentence may relate either to the reigning
Sovereign only or to his successors.

Striking to a Judge in teh execution of his office Party injured a Judge Aggravations respecting the person and the
