5 C Of Defraudment by false standards

1 Punishment . For being concerned
in cheating by false standards of weight or measure or by the
fraudulent application of just standards of weight or measure the offender's
punishment shall be as follows :
1. He shall be made to do public penance in a peculiar manner.
