<p><note>Punishment</note> In such case, the offender may be either banished quasi-imprisoned,<lb/>
imprisoned or confined to hard labour for<lb/>
any length of time or even for Life.</p>

<p>[(B) Liberty] A person who has been kidnapped is not to<lb/>
be understood to have regained his Liberty, till he has<lb/>
been conveyed back to the place from whence he was onveyed<lb/>
against his will, if that be the place at which<lb/>
he wishes to be: if not, to any other place at which<lb/>
he wishes to be; so it be a place to which he could have <add>gone</add></p>
