3. Instead of such banishment or confinement he may be
imprisoned.

5. For any hardships suffered by the child party injured he may suffer in the way

Aggravation 1.
1. Where the party injured dies without having regained his
Liberty, (B)
Punishment In such case, the offender may be either banished quasi-imprisoned,
imprisoned or confined to hard labour for
any length of time or even for Life.
Exposition.
[(B) Liberty] A person who has been kidnapped is not to
be understood to have regained his Liberty, till he has
been conveyed back to the place from whence he was conveyed
against his will, if that be the place at which
he wishes to be: if not, to any other place at which
he wishes to be; so it be a place to which he could have gone
