Analytical View.

With regard to Forgery committed in the view of subjecting or

Extra- - Punishment for Forgery in subserviency to Simple Personal Injuries under Unlawful Confinement. For forgery with intent to subject a Man to suffer
a simple personal Injury(A) simple mental Injury<add>(B)</add> or Unlawful Confinement(BC) the offender or other injury to the liberty of loco-motion <add>Banishment , the — extra-punishment may be the ignominious [and afflictive]</add>
and above the ordinary Punishment(D) may be punished
ignominiously, with the iron pen
