Compose this plan of in reduction with Mr Pelhams's
time of the co exoneration immediate: expence, either
nothing or (1 per Cent upon)one hundrerdth part of the capital of the mass of
Annuities reduced.

Th of the burthen in toto for one
year: as to half for seven years longer: expence
by contrast of the burthen as above £2, 193,138:
between 1/22 and 1/23 of (about 4 1/2 per Cent upon)
the capital of the mass of Annuities reduced.

To render intelligible the conversation by
by which it was announced it will be necessary for
me to recite the following letter

Of In the proposal contained in this letter, Your
Lordship may observe threefour points.-1. That the occasing
