radius assumed in the case of the Penny Post,
stands the five miles radius, assumed as already
mentioned by a much later Statute Ch (4.G.3.
Sep.2.c.27.SS.7) for the desccription of the distance within
which Costs are to be registered. See further note
[ ] to this Section under the word [Dockyards] and
note [ ] unfer the word [thereabouts]: and see Note [ ]to SS.42.
where the extent of the proposed District is considered
with reference of judicial cognizance.
