such masses as aforesaid as shall be in the possession
of the offen in respect of which such penalties
shall respectively have been incurred: which penalties
and forfeiture shall be recoverable in like manner
as any other pecuniary penalties and forfeitures are made recoverable by under & by virtue of this Act.
