then existing the same being in the hands of the respective dealers
all such masses such marks as shall in their
to his Majesty's Wisdom shall appear

laws and proceedings as above mentioned or otherwise

in their possession in an unmanufactured state the same any such masses as which
if entire or, if cut or otherwise reduced, in the remnants thereof whereof
such marks so prescribed as be aforesaid shall not
be visible.
under such penalties
as in and by
such Orders of Council
shall be appointed
not exceeding
from having in their possession in an unwrought unfashioned state any such
portion or mass of such species of metal, semi-metal, or metallic mixture
metallic or semi-metallic masses, in or upon which the whole
of in or upon which, if in the state of entire pig ingots, pigs
or bars, or in and upon the remnan respective
remnants thereof if cut or otherwise reduced, such
marks so prescribed as aforesaid, shall not be
visible; and moreover for the breach of such prohibition
to appoint such pecuniary penalties as to his Majesty
wisdom shall seem meet, not exceeding [ ] for
every offense over and above the forfeiture of all
such masses as aforesaid as shall be in the possession
of the offen in respect of which such penalties
shall respectively have been incurred: which penalties
and forfeiture shall be recoverable in like manner
as any other pecuniary penalties and forfeitures are made recoverable by under & by virtue of this Act.
