3 C Of Defraudment

In Theft it most commonly happens that the fact of the taking is after attempted to
be concealed : in Defraudment this can hardly
happen be the case . In the same defraudment, the
concealment which is the most —material , and which indeed is necessary common , is the
concealment of these all such facts by which whereby the falsity of
the pretences by means of which the thing is
