in Defraudment from what they are in Theft.
In Theft it most commonly happens that the fact of the taking is after attempted to
be concealed: in Defraudment this can hardly
happen be the case. In the same defraudment, the
concealment which is the most —material, and which indeed is necessary common, is the
concealment of these all such facts by which whereby the falsity of
the pretences by means of which the thing is
