1. I have this day examined the said A.P.
2. From his examination it appears to be probable that I conclude provisionally as follows
in thus suit

material to this suit

in the herewith inclosed personal formula description paper marked A.
5. His evidence appears hereby to be in your suit disposed

attained than by his being examined from here in the
epistolary mode

to me an exemplar of it
