1. I have this day examined the said A.P.

2. From his examination it appears to be probable that I conclude provisionally as follows
in this suit

3. A.W. has it in his power to furnish evidence
material to this suit

4. The personal Of the said A.W. the personal description in so
far as obtainable obtained from the said examination is such as exhibited stated
in the herewith inclosed personal formula description paper marked A.

5. His evidence appears thereby to be in your suit deposed

6. It appears to me that the by his being examined
in the viva voce mode in the Sub District of his residence
the ends of justice taken altogether may be more effectually
attained than by his being examined from hence in the
epistolary mode

7. This is therefore to request that, (unless you see preponderant
reason to the contrary, of which you will
in that case give me information for the information of the
one common subordinate authorities) you will proceed
to the exa as soon as your other duties admitt
take the examination of the said A.W. and transmitt
to me an exemplar of it

8. For your information appropriate instruction an examplar
of his examination, as per No 2. is exhibited in and by the formula marked
B.
