In Of this strict rule in what then consists the rule
. In this, is the impossibility — the manifest impossibility
of their being conformed to without a gross violation of some
rule of justice. hence the necessity of dispensation: out of the ordinary had
neither one said dispensation nor any thing due to him without motion;
