C Simple Personal Injuries

Thus if the author of the injury
damage be as rich again as the party undamaged let
two thirds of the sum thus apported to be raised be given to the party endamaged, and the remaining
third returned to the author of the damagee. If
the party endamaged be as rich again as the author
of the damage, let two things one thing be given to the former
and the remaining two thirds be returned to the latter.
If intending to do strike/strife or do any
other personal injury to one man, you snip/ruin
him and do the same or any other personal injury to
another man, you shall make compensation only
with respect to the person hurt, and on account
of the person on whom you made the attempt, you
shall be punished as for the attempt.
