C Simple Personal Injuries

  two thirds of the sum thus thus supposed to be raised

 third returned to the par author of the damage. If 
 the party endamaged be as rich again as the author 
 of the damage, let two third one third be given to the former, 
 and the remaining two thirds be restored returned to the latter.
If a man intending to do strike or do any 
 other personal injury to one man, you miss him 
 and do the same or any other personal injury to 
 another man, you shall make compensation only 
 with respect to the person hurt, and on account 
 of the person on whom you made the attempt, you 
 shall be punished as for the attempt.
