A circulating medium, to fulfill its destination, 
must either possess of itself an intrinsic 
value (a value equal to that which is ascribed
 to it) or convey an assurance, practically speaking and that, an
 infallible a never failing one, of something which has does possess an
 such an intrinsic value, which is in possession of such
