6. Plan Dividends 6 Duplicate of Annuity Note Receipt for the Head Office That, along with each Annuity Office Note
so forwarded as above, from a Sub-Office to the
Head Office, for payment of dividend , there be put
up a signed duplicate of the Annuity Note Receipt
abovementioned 4[Art 2.] such duplicate to
be kept at the Head Office as a Voucher for the
payment of the Dividend for the purpose of which it
was transmitted.
