Provision in
case of loss &c
of a Note
That in case of loss by fire or other means
destructive of the substance or the legibility of the Note, provision
be made for indemnification by giving another such Note in line in the same manner
as is made by the existing Act of Parliament
in the case of Exchequer Bills.
