II SubOffices for Sale the Post Offices — 11 That the Sub-Offices employ'd for the transaction of on for the
the business with "individuals — as well for the sale of the proposed Annuity Offices Notes, as
for the payment of the Interest or Dividends, (of
which further on) be the several existing Post-Offices throughout the United
Kingdom, or if not a such of them, if not all, as it shall be
thought fit to commission for that purpose: — in
the District of the General Post, the General Post-Offices: -
in the District of the London Penny Post,
the London Penny Post Offices of that District [32]+ + Say This be given to any additional check as no will pass .

12 Principal Office at or near the Exchequer Bill Office 12. That, the for suppl issuing the Notes to the
Sub-Offices as above specified, there be established
a Head or Principal Office,[2] under the name of the Annuity
Note Office, at or near to the existing Exchequer
Bill Office: of which Principal Office the business
shall be confined to correspondence to be carried on transactions with the
several Local or Sub-Offices in manner undermentioned,
so to not to and nor shall it be open to individuals
either for the sale of Notes, or for the payment
of Dividends. [23]

13 A small universal distribution at the outset — 13.. That, at the outset of the Establishment, an
Advertisement given, small number of Annuity Notes be transmitted
to each Post-Office, for the inspection of individuals,
the number sent to each Office not ex in such number as shall at any rate not exceed in
the instance of any such Office the amount of the
security taken for that purpose of the Master of
the Office.

14. That the recompence made to the Postmaster for the
Sale of these Annuity Notes 1, be for amount to [2d] for each Note :[4]
one penny thereof to be paid by the purchaser, the other penny allowed by Government.
