to the Particular Expedients above suggested.

When a practice of any kind has been
made the subject of a legal prohibition, another
circumstance by which the difficulty of
carrying it on with impunity is
its being susceptible of such a description as
shall have no room

in hand, and to the particular expedients above
proposed –
