Justice
In all these cases the dictates of justice will
be the dictates of benevolence: and the dictates of benevolence
will be the dictates of utility as applied
to each case regard being had to good and evil in
all their several shapes in which they are respectively
liable to be produced by the Act or line of
conduct in question considered in respect of all
the varieties of which it is susceptible.
