Appellate Judges
§.1. Appellate Judge who.
Art. 1. By By an An Appellate Judge is understand a Judge having
cognizance of Appeals.
Art 2. By an appeal understand an application
or made to a Judge, of superior in order and power,
by a suitor in an Immediate Judicatory subject to
his authority, alledging error in a certain
specified particularized as having shape to have had place on the occasion of a particular suit, in the conduct of
a Judge Immediate: on the occasion of a but certain may any
charge against him on the ground of moral inaptitude: and thereupon claiming relief, in some
determinate form specifically according to the nature of the case
at the hands of the Appellate Judge so appealed to.
