pecuniary circumstances.

Art. 3 Power to the Judge in consideration of the pecuniary
circumstances of the parties on both or all sides to reduce
this same burthen of compensation in such manner
as to him shall merit, stating at the same time the consideration
in which such reduction has been grounded.
