Constitutional Code
§. 3. Falshoo False assertion in whom all alike punishable
§. 3. In whom falshood is criminal punishable
§. 3. Judicial falshood is in all alike criminal or culpable
Art. 1. Uttered, in the course, or fo the purpose, of a judicial proceeding,
and, in such sort as, if credited, to produce or
tend to produce misdecision or by any other means in any other means injustice
a contavention of the ends of justice, falshood is in all
persons alike criminal or culpable: criminal in case
of mendacity and insincerity; culpable in the case of rashness.
