Constitution Code or Procedure
Art. 6. As to the shape in which after on issuing from its
source, it finds its way comes into the hands of the Judge, it
may be considered either in respect of the signs by which
at the moment of issuing it is expressed, or in respect of the securities for veridicity verity
if any, which have been attached to it.
Art. 7. Considered as to the signs, it is either oral
that is to say orally delivered or those signs are either
evanescent or permanent: evanescent as where delivered
by the organ of speech, or by any of those visible in language
signs, which are of necessity employed in a case where the appropriate sound
either cannot be uttered or cannot be heard and understood.

may be added as above quasi-orally or orally,
or else scriptitiously or quasi-scriptitiously delivered expressed

Art. 8. Of the security arrangements employed or employable,
Of the securities here employed or employable for
assurance of veridicity for assuring the veridicity of
evidence, examples are the following
1. Punishment applicable as security in case of falshood
2. Hardship applicable to the same purpose under other
names
3. Shame capable a means of suffering and thence of repression
capable of attaching in cases instances in which punishment
under that name is either not applicable or not
actually applied.
